Energy audit for buildings

Any intervention work on an existing building requires an energy audit by specialists certified by the Ministry of Development.

DBC has a comprehensive team of energy auditors who can provide situation analysis of civil, industrial and agricultural buildings.

The role of the energy auditor is an important one because he or she will propose solutions that will increase the energy performance of buildings, i.e. lower energy consumption and lower carbon dioxide emissions.

The team of technical experts will analyse the existing situation and propose intervention solutions for technical rehabilitation according to the situation found.
